Terms of payment
Rates are per night per apartment (breakfast excluded), based on 2-person occupancy for a minimum of 3 nights. Additionally, a local tourist tax amounting to € 2.90 applies for all guests.
A short-stay supplement applies for stays under 3 nights.

To confirm bookings we require a deposit. We accept payment in cash, by bank transfer or by credit or debit card.

Cancellation policy
Having to cancel a well-deserved holiday is bad enough. This is why we do our best to accommodate short-notice cancellations (in the last 4 weeks before arrival). If we find no other guests for the apartment you booked in the same period, we charge an 80% cancellation penalty.
Please be aware that bookings are charged in full in case of early departure, late arrival and no-show.
Travel cancellation insurance
We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance to cover for any penalties in the event of cancellation. Click here to insure your holiday.
Arrival and departure
Check-in is open from 4 p.m. on the day of arrival. The apartments need to be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure.
Transfer
We offer on-request transfer to and from the railway station or airport (charges apply). There is a bus service from Klausen railway station that stops right outside Tanovinum. For information on bus connections please visit: www.suedtirolmobil.info
Pets
Dogs are welcome at Tanovinum. The supplement is €20 per night.
Südtirol Guest Pass
On checking in, you will receive a complimentary Südtirol Guest Pass, which allows you to use public transport for free across South Tyrol as well enjoy discounts, free admission to various museums and other advantages for the duration of your stay.
Smoking
Please be informed that smoking is prohibited in all Tanovinum apartments. Thank you for your understanding.
